La Pompe Live (“the app”) is published by Van Hemert System. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.
The app does not require an account. Your charts, playlists, and settings are stored on your device. We do not sell your personal data.
Charts you create, playlists, transpose settings, and app preferences are saved locally on your phone using standard on-device storage.
If you use the tuner, the app accesses the microphone to detect pitch in real time. Audio is processed on your device and is not recorded, stored, or sent to our servers.
The app connects to the internet to download backing tracks, the tune catalog, and chart-sharing links. Downloaded audio may be cached on your device for offline playback.
When you choose to share, chart or playlist data can be sent as a file attachment and/or as a short link. Short links store the shared chart or playlist payload on our cloud storage so the recipient’s device can open it. We use that data only to deliver the share you created; we do not sell it or use it for advertising. You can also share via apps such as WhatsApp or email without creating a short link.
Premium purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your payment card details.
The app is not directed at children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
Charts, playlists, and settings on your device can be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app. To request deletion of data stored for a short share link, see Request data deletion or email hemertacademy@gmail.com .
